Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds licenses in both Colorado and Florida. She is trained in trauma and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and has a wide range of experience spanning over ten years in the field. After graduating from NYU with her social work degree, she worked in a number of settings before beginning clinical therapy in 2020. In addition to her work with Forward Family Therapy, she also works at Children’s Hospital as a Behavioral Health Clinician where she also offers supervision to new therapists.
She enjoys working with children of all ages, with specialties in anxiety and OCD, mood disorders such as depression, and ADHD. When she is not helping children learn coping skills and emotional regulation, she is usually reading or hiking with her dog.
